NEW at Pelican Parts - Headlight Covers for Late 996 (2002 - 2004)

This headlight cover fits all 2002-2004 Porsche 911s (996 mk2) and will give your car a classic round Porsche headlight look. Unlike other fiberglass versions on the market, these covers are made of flexible polyurethane (the same material as car bumpers) and are impact and temperature resistant. The covers were designed from scratch by 3d scanning the headlight surface and made to fit snugly on the existing lens with no modifications!

The covers come as unpainted black polyurethane, prepped for painting, and can be adhered with 3m double sided tape or silicon adhesive. Adding a headlight protective film (e.g., Xpel) over the headlight before adhering the covers to ensure easy removal.

How easy is it to remove the chrome washer caps.
And I guess that means I should never press the headlight washer button again.

Hello Steviee - take a look at the video link below. It's quite easy, but can be a bit messy..

All due to a very close encounter late night 6 December 2003 ... when a very large 10-12 point buck of the White-tail variety galloped into view and almost took out wind-shield and pillar on my wife's side! Only because I swerved about 10 feet to the left, Bambi Sr's antler left nice 12" crescent mark to bare metal on right rear fender of wife's '94 Nissan while travelling in Texas Hill Country!!!
