99 996 brakes slowly lock up.

Went to the track car ran fine unloaded it went for a drive and with in a 15 to 20 min front brakes would slowly lock up.
I pulled the brake booster valve the car would roll again.
Change booster and master still the same.
I pulled the and fuse, same.
I then tried to adjust the push rod
To soften thinking not retracing back far enough, same.
Car has steelbraded brake lines the one that are plastic coated and are in good shape.
Any ideas?
