Unhappy no crank, no start

Please help. 1999 c2, 74 k. Ran well till immobilizer got wet. Replaced with a good used one. Sent ecu, immobilizer and key to ECU Doctor. Re programmed all, and new key fob. Returned with note all good, plug and play, not so much, no crank/no start. New battery, DME, Bosch rebuilt starter, ignition switch, fuel pump relay, all fuses good, engine ground good. In the key start position, 12.7 volts at pin# 30 perfect continuity at pin # 87, no crank. Jumper pins 30 to 87 key to start position, bingo, cranks normally. OK, needs a new starter relay. Installed new relay, no crank? Maybe defective new relay? Installed 2d new relay, still no crank/no start. Everything else electrical works ok, wiring great condition. Need help.
Thanks
William Mikesel

Did you check the clutch pedal interlock switch? Unplug the wires and make a jumper to connect the two female spade connectors.
