997 Tiptronic DTC 2200 ?? No signal from speed sensor n2

Carrera S 2006
Tiptronic goes into emergency mode ! After switch off-on ignition - some time is normal, after again!
DTC codes via AVDI Abrites (OBDII):
- 2200 - No signal from speed sensor n2 (or power supply interrupted)

What is it - DTC 2200 ?
I do not found this in OBD DTC codes ....

I also wasn't able to find a solution or a record of this code. Since the code deals with the speed sensor, have you tested the sensor itself?

"Speed sensor n2" - what is correct full name of this sensor ? Where is this sensor ?
And... I have DTC in DME engine:
- P0715 - Input/turbine speed sensor "A" circuit

Maybe is this same... - Tiptronic DTC .."2200 - No signal from speed sensor n2 (or power supply interrupted)" & DME DTC.. "P0715 - Input/turbine speed sensor "A" circuit" ???

DTC is diagnostic test code. You likely have a bad TDC sensor or the speedo sensor. Find it at the left hand side of the transmission-engine connection, under all that mess of the hoses and such.

It's N2 and N3 sensors ?

How can I check this sensors?
Do anybody have picture sensors and OEM part number?
