Porsche 911 Buyer's guide

Hello, I'm new to the forum. I would like to buy my dream car (911 Coupe) 2000 newer in a few month and I would like to know what is the best BUYERS GUIDE BOOK available out there?

I just want to learn more about the car, potential problems, what to look for, what to avoid. In other words a very complete and informative book.

I'm looking at this books but not sure after reading the reviews

Thanks in advance.

Go to Amazon.com and look up the "996 Essential Companion" by Streather. It's not a perfect book, but it's the best book out there on newer Porsches (assuming you're not looking for a 997, but you said about a 2000). It even has DIY information, so you can use it as a light-duty shop manual. Amazon also has the best price on it.
