C4S or 40th Anniversary edition?

I drove a 997 and a 40th Anniversary edition the other day. The 997 was a 2005. Overall, I liked the 40th Anniversary edition better. The 40th had much better throttle repsonse. It also on has 14k miles, but the dealer will be pricing it around $42k with CPO.

However, there are nice C4S's out there for $35k with about 45k miles. But I haven't driven a C4S. How is the power delivery and handling of that compared to the 40th since the 40th has that Powerkit option?

There aren't any C4S's around me to drive, so I'm looking for experienced feedback on those that have driven both. Thanks.
