Check out this project race car - slightly OT

Ok we all know about why it is smart to buy someone else's project rather than build your own. Now granted this isn't a Porsche, but dang it, haven't you seen a Viper on the track and wanted one for just a split second?

I stumbled on this auction on eBay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6209&item=2443472026

Just thought some of you might want to drool. For under $35k, it seems like a great deal. If I had the money I would seriously consider it. It has to be a real kick in the pants to drive.

Now why can't I find this in a 911?

While that looks like a killer car, I can't understand why the reserve was so low.

Ah, but the normal MO is to set a topospheric reserve, and then haggle offline.

I agree though... Just one hour...

Gotta be a real rush to stomp on the throttle and rocket down a straight.

Although for the money, Dodge does good work. Inevitably, I have to agree with Lothar... V-10's belong in the middle...Long live the Carrera GT!
