Looking for engine/trans mount bolts and washers

Darned if this racecar project doesn't get stalled at every turn...

Does anyone have a set of engine and trans mounting bolts and the large washers for the mounts? Mine are AWOL...

I also posted this in classifieds, but the guys with the largest stashes of spare parts never look there!

Thanks,

chris

well I just came from the garage, and I have two trani mount bolts, and four washers, but I have so many of the larger bolts I can't tell for sure which are for the engine mount (the trani ones are tapered at the end so they are easy to id).

Do you have a engine mount where the bolt threads into the mount or do you have one where there are nuts on the underside?

Jim,

Nuts on the underside.

I'm gonna contact my used parts guy before I put you through the hassle (cause I need a few more items as well), but I'll let you know asap if I need them. I SURE appreciate you looking!

Chris, I have the washers, and probably the bolts. Sounds like you found a solution though.

Let me know if you need them if the other sources dont work out.

Zeke hooked me up.... Three cheers and pizza and beer for him!

I have those rubbermaid tubs too... but even with those and lots of this:

I still couldn't find any! *sigh*

Speaking of which, I had an entire tupperware container full of miscelaneous nuts and bolts fall off my workbench yesterday. At least a gallon sized container. I had a few "colorful" words for the guy that left it on the edge while the bench grinder was running... (That'd be me)

But it led to a good opportunity to sort through them all and they're now neatly sorted into a nut/bolt drawer setup.
