Goodyear slicks

I am looking to buy some good used Goodyear slicks. 23.5x10.5x16 R210 compound preferably, but will consider all. Would also like 25.5x12x16. Looking for some decent condition tires, not worn out, and not too old.

Call John Berget @ 262-740-0180. He usually has those sizes in stock, at anywhere from 1/2 to full rubber. You can't beat his prices and service, either.

Thanks, I have dealt with John since 1982. Great guy who does what he says he will do. I have bought several tires from him this year already, but lately he has been out of stock on the 10.5's and has only had the harder compound 12's.

That is the big problem with the used tire sources, they are subject to availability problems according to what is cast off from the race teams, etc. John is usually really flush after the Runoffs or some other big national race, then things dry up.

Have you tried Greg Duncan in AZ? I don't see any 16s on his current list of available tires, but it might be worth a try.
