				Barber Motorsports DE NOV 26-27

Spend Thanksgiving eating turkey with your family, sleep for 12 hours after overeating and imbibing too much and you'll be tanned, ready and rested to head out to Barber Motorsports Park for Chin Motorsports/TracQuest's ("CMS/TQ's) DE event on Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 26-27! This event will be run under TracQuest's usual format, which means awesome food at the track, 3 run groups, liberal passing rules in the more advanced groups and tons of high quality, low traffic track time. Participants will get at least 5 hours of track time over the course of both days, likely 8+ hours because of TracQuest's now famous multiple run group format that goes into effect when the groups thin out enough so that neither safety nor quality is compromised. Top-notch instruction is available for novice and advanced drivers alike, and there is a reduced-price no-frills package for advanced drivers who don't want/need instruction and food at the track. Non-participant passengers are allowed as long as an instructor is driving, so this is a great opportunity for family members and friends who are 16 or older to experience hot laps and see what Barber is like at speed. For more information about the event and to register, visit the TracQuest web site at www.tracquest.com. If you have any questions, call or email Todd Serota at (310) 798-2004 or tserota@tracquest.com or Mark Hicks at (770) 378-1694 or mhicks@tracquest.com. We hope to see you out there! This was a great time last year. I hope to see some Pelicans at this event... | ||

Barber is absolutely awesome. Perhaps the nicest track/ facility in the country. I won the inaugural race there March 15th, 2003. But.... $650 for two days or $375 for one?? I did not see the reduced rates for experienced drivers... what are those rates? Are open wheel cars welcome? I'm just comparing to the test day at Road Atlanta this Thursday- $200 for the day and its pro-rated. Drive one secession and pay $50.
