Setting up 944 S2 suspension - need input

I'm setting up an S2 for DE use. It will still see weekend street use so it needs to be livable.

I was looking at 400# springs up front with 29 mm Bars in the rear - 225 tires all around - sport konis. Is that too much spring in the front?

Will this set up be neutral or be more likely to understeer??

I almost building a 944 street/DE with minimal upgrades. It should still be somewhat competitive in the 44 cup. My goal is to just have fun and get racing experience. My 911 I'm building for all out racing. Here's my very short list:

spring 250#
frt shocks (all ready came with the M030 sport)
lower ball joint rebuild (Rennbay 19mm tall)
sway bars: 968 M030
rear shocks sport
lower rear to level with frt.
stock brakes (rebuilt calipers)
braided brake lines
AutoPower bolt on rollcage

If it wasn't for the rollcage my setup budget would have been <$700. But the cage alone cost me $800.

best of luck, my first run will be at Homestead March 31
