Reno Fernley With NCRC (May 12-13)

Who's going?

I drove the full track at Reno-Fernley last year with CDS and it's simply amazing. Keep in mind it was only my second track event, so I was easily impressed (and overwhelmed).

Also, I've only driven at PCA events. Any comments on NCRC? Looks like a great group.

Great group of experienced drivers. Very good instruction.

NCRC is a great group to run with. You will find many PCA folk there and others with BMWs or corvette's or other cars.

I don't see why not - just pit well away from all others so you don't blind them. I, of course, prefer the loud, non-obnoxious Tommy Bahama shirts and shorts. But then, I drive a Turtle so my taste is suspect.

You'll probably need the shorts at Fernley. When I was there for a race it was so hot the track started to disintegrate (and we cleaned asphault out of the Turtle for weeks afterward).
