Was it a silver one, per chance? If so, that guy held me up a few months ago in my black Cab.

There was a silver/orange one and a black/orange one. Both were driven at less than the car's capabilities. I'm sure that with some instruction and seat time those drivers can improve their lap times significantly.

I had a blast, in spite of a front right brake issue nagging me most of the day.

Those pictures are great, splinterAMG, but here's my personal favorite of the day -- taken during the brief visit by the future pilot of BB2 (or will it be BB5 by then?):

I kept meaning to talk to Brad, after seeing his driving line from a student's car, and tell him what a clean line he was driving, and how awesome that car sounds.

Greg, too. Team Pelican is distinguishing itself at the fastest track in the west.

Here's a shot the track photographer got that I like. I can't figure out where it is on the track, though.

Jack, I would guess that on the front stretch into turn 1 as the background looks like blurry stands and there is a wall which is only along the front stretch, and those are the only stands I recall there. He must have been in the infield somewhere, maybe even up by T4 with a serious zoom lens.

Man I miss that track and the OTR/ACRA track days. Have to live vicariously looking at these threads

Ya that Silver/Orange RS was out and a little annoying again, overall a great day though. My car ran great but my lap timers didnt want to play so i dont know what my times were.
Jack showed me how to carry more speed around T2 and man didi it work, it was great to talk with Andrew and see his BSR, Brad the car sounded awsesome!!! I have some video that I need to edit through for the good stuff, give me a couple days.
OTR events are always a fun day......Jack the boy will have the keys before you know it!!!!!
