1980 911SC Race Car 993 Body

still have not quite made up my mind but kinda feeling like changing it up a bit lately.
I bought this car about 3 years ago and it has been a blast. the previous owner built it and raced it a little and also did some de's. he had the motor rebuilt not long before selling it to me but he was getting older and just didn't drive the car anymore, paynig storage fees etc etc. It will blow out a puff of smoke sometimes on startup but it clears up right away and does not smoke at all while running. I don't race it, just do de's at homestead and sebring (mostly sebring). nor do i try to squeeze out every millisecond of a lap. I just like to go out to the track and have fun with my buddies. it's a very simple car and very reliable.
the build sheet is from when i bought it. there may be a couple little changes in the description but the overall is still there. the trailer is not for sale though !! (love that thing). the car does have a lot more rubber marks on it now which i leave on just for fun. battle marks if you will. they should clean off
anyway, just testing the waters. i'm sure I will regret selling it but lately I've been feeling like trying something different
not sure where to price it though. well over $100k went into building this car and I have the stack of receipts to show it. at least up to my ownership since i do all of the work on it myself and i'm not so anal to keep every receipt for every part i buy.
the car does have a title
how about $39k?

i was asked for some pictures and in hindsight I should have done this before. these pics were taken today. since i started driving this car, i have never cleaned the rubber marks off of it. i like them. gives the car character lol. also the clear film that was applied in certain areas has become dull.
car comes with the ccw's currently on the car with nitto nt-01's 275/35/18 and 315/30/18 as well as a set of fikse fm10's that have some older toyo r888's that i use as back ups.
while the car does lack some straight line horsepower (dyno'ed at 238rwhp before i sent the throttle body to steve wong for enlargement. i don't think it made any difference though), it handles awesome, is very neutral, very light, very stiff, can outbrake just about anything on the track. and with all that rubber it sticks like glue. i can only imagine what slicks would do.
since i don't race, i got tired of replacing bladders in the fuel cell so i had it welded shut. i had the fabricator put baffles inside to prevent sloshing. i also reinstalled all the foam from the bladder as well as the pick up box. it all works great for my needs. i do all the work on the car myself

here is the invoice for the first rebuild in 2011

after the rebuild, the previous owner did a few de's with the car but never raced it again. then in 2014 they took it apart again because the motor smoked when warm. after that e drove the car a couple times and then never touched it again. funny thing is now the motor only puffs some smoke on cold start up and only sometimes. not every time. i replaced the valve stem seals but still does it. once the initial puff clears it does not smoke at all. the only time it smoked on the track was once when the left inner cv boot tore open throwing grease all over the header.
