Scam ebay lisitng 1966 911

Scammer got hold of some pictures of my 1966 911 that I had for sale last year and put together an ebay listing using the brokers description of the car. Auction ends Sunday March 1, and so far ebay has been unresponsive. At least four people have warned them this is a fraudulent listing.
The item listing number is 143540016721.
Hope I can keep somebody from losing $33,000+

Ron

The car is silver with red interior and sunroof.
The eBay seller Johnboy1935 does not have this car in his possession. A complaint has been filed with ic3.

Sold for over $60,000 and no vehicle.
No action by ebay to stop auction even though at least 4 people with knowledge of the situation notified EbayMotors this was listing seller fraud. Understand this is common practice at EbayMotors.
Hope they are happy with their fees.
Thanks to those who responded to my post.
