Byron, thanks for the info, but please send me some detail as to what is bad aside from the Fascia, fender, lights. Is there any structure damage? What did the insurance estimate point out.

Using all new, factory parts by a shop the dealer recomends, around $4K, but that was for EVERYTHING they could think of I think. We are about to go ahead and fix it if no one moves soon, but have located a cab, as to why we want to move fast. I can fax the info, clean title in hand.
