1987 Porsche 911 Targa FOR SALE - Bay Area, CA

She's my daily driver and is in great shape. California Car No smoking Clean Title Will pass smog as is Lagoon Green - L35Y (Not so common color - original paint) Black Leather Interior 3.2L Stock engine with Steve Wong Chip G50 Gearbox Always garaged - at home and at work 173,600 miles - note top end rebuild at 77k mentioned below Car starts right up with no issues and has no problem idling No smoke from exhaust Burns about 1 quart of oil every ~1000 miles Routine tune ups based on mileage including brake fluid flush Two weeping oil lines have been replaced Targa Top completely restored 2 years ago (one new side seal - drivers side) New Windshield with OEM rubber replaced (3 years ago) New Clutch Master Cylinder Updated clutch release New Alternator, Battery, and Starter 7x16 Fuchs up front and 9x16 Fuchs in the rear (New tires on rear/half worn tires on front)(6x16 available) Rear tires recently replaced - Front tires are at about half tread left Porsche 911 Turbo Steering wheel (Original 4 spoke wheel available) Steering wheel bushing replaced with Leland Bushing Replaced bonnet and deck-lid gas shocks Sucro Headlight Relay Turbo Tie Rods New front wheel bearings New engine sound pad Steering Rack lubricated Replaced shifter bushings and installed OEM shift knob M&K Muffler (Original Muffler available) Top end rebuild at 77k done by Valhalla (Previous owner was fixing valve guide leak (factory defect) and decided to do a top end rebuild) Clutch was replaced at the time of rebuild - I take it easy on my clutch Maintenance by Tom Amon of Mobile Werks West Lowered by Tom Amon of Mobile Werks West Mobil 1 Transmission fluid and Brad-Penn 20-50w used while I was the owner Original tools, compact spare (never used) and compressor are intact Receipts for majority of it's history Light weight cotton car cover included Things that don't work; Windshield washer pump Cruise Control - Didn't work when I purchased car and never looked into it because I'd never use it Air Conditioning - (Compressor and condenser removed (weight savings), but I have all parts for re-install) Refrigerant Leak - Common on these cars Asking $18,000 - I'm not excepting trade offers.
