'64 356C coupe for sale

Edit: prefer to sell now. $65k obo

Looking to trade my ‘64C coupe.
I am really wanting an early 911 coupe.
SWB preferred, but longhoods will definitely be considered.
Other air cooled 911 coupes also considered, but must be something special.
Not looking for a major project, but some light work is OK.
Numbers matching not required either.
Money up/dn

Per rules, I have to post a price.
How about $75,000?
I don’t think it’s worth that, but it would get me to sell!
Really want to trade.

The car:
Original color light ivory over red.
I have the bumpers.
NOT numbers matching.
Mystery engine with unstamped case.
Has SC/912 cams and zenith carbs.
Have a set of solex 40s that can go with the car.
2% leakdown,
Runs out pretty well but runs out of breath around 4500 rpm (reason I acquired the solex 40s)
Couple of minor patches and one area that still needs attention; drivers side rear seat bottom is a little crunchy.
No signs of accident damage, all panels look straight.
Rebuilt brake calipers and new rubber lines.
12V
4 speed

Overall a VERY solid car that starts, idles and runs awesome.

Trades preferred!!!

Realistically looking for ~$60k.
But prefer trade for a nice coupe.
Looking at some adds for SCs and carreras and would like to add them to the potential trade list.
Also nice 912s.
So pretty much ANY running 911/912 coupe will be considered.
Let me know what ya gotz!!

Would also consider a 356 speedster replica or 550 replica as partial trades.

Couple more pics:

Oil fill vent is now connected to right carb.

Couple of interesting trade offers, but still have the car.
Prefer something needing very little work since I already have too many projects already.
Coupe or Targa, 1965 - 993s.
Prefer to trade down so I get some cash on the deal, but can bring cash for the right car.
Dream car would be early Targa, 70 - 71E prefered.
2nd would be early coupe.
Next would be NICE coupe or targa up to a 993.

Or sell outright for High 40s.

Getting closer after each bump, so let's try again!
To answer a common question, best price is $45k on cookie cutters.
If you have a trade, I will NOT give you top dollar for yours and take a beating on mine.
I will be fair and recommend haggarty values as a start.

Runs out pretty well
Original nose and floors.
Small fiberglass patch rear drivers side seat bottom.
