Cayenne Instrument Cluster Repair - German Audio Tech
I recently sent the instrument cluster for my 2005 Cayenne Turbo to German Audio Tech in Long Beach California. They have gone silent for over two weeks and now the phone number is disconnected. Has anyone had experience with this company? I fear the worst. I am now being told by three Porsche dealers I need the original instrument cluster to program a possible recycling yard replacement. Porsche is no longer making a replacement. Two questions - 1. Has only had experience with this company? 2. Can and how do you make a replacement work without the original cluster? Thanks for your replies in advance. Sincerely, Charlie Bennett

Assuming you don't live in Long Beach, I suggest you make a post in OT (few come here) and ask if someone in Long Beach can drive by and see if anyone is home.

I actually flew into Long Beach and retrieved the instrument at the owners home. It's a long story but involved investigative work to find him. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
