Volkswagen Agrees to Repay Owners After Overstating Fuel Economy Figures on 98,000 Vehicles

Volkswagen entered a $96.5 million settlement with the EPA for allegedly overstating fuel economy ratings for some 98,000 gas-powered cars made from 2013-2017 across many of its brands.

$5.40 to $24.30 will be reimbursed or each month you Leased or Owned. So if you bought the car in October 2012 and still own it today, my rough calculations are you would get to anywhere between $448.20 to $2016.90.
