Cam sensor engine light 2004 Cayenne S
My engine light (for cam sensor) on my 2004 Cayenne S keeps/stays on after the sensors have been replaced.The shop now thinks its a problem with the cam but I'm not sure they are truly on top of it because they said initially that it was just a sensor issue. Surely the diagnostic check would differentiate between a true sensor problem vs. a cam problem.
Can anyone enlighten me on this issue? Thank you. Roger |

What was the code? Did they clear it with PWIS after replacing the part? Did they replace the sensors on both banks?
