06 Cayenne PSM Failure

Does anyone know about the PSM Failure warning that comes up on the dash?

I am getting this warning and about 3seconds later the car shuts off. The car will start again but will shut off again 3 seconds later. Can anyone help mw with this? I have read that it is a dead battery but I have charged the battery and still this happens...Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a scanner?

Battery would be my go to as well, but you've fixed that.

I do but it is the generic scanner that is connected to my aftermarket android radio ELM327 scanner.

I will check it again tonight and see what it says.
