window problem
 

I have a 2003 Cayenne Turbo. I sent it to the dealer as the left mirror wouldn't dip down when you engaged reverse . They rectified that via the software but now the drivers window works in reverse (when the window button is pushed down the window goes up) and the window stays open a few mm when in the full up position. The dealer cant seem to solve the problem and has tried resetting the sill lighting as this apparently solved the problem on another Cayenne but it isn't helping on mine. Has any one had this problem?
