Touch up paint for calipers

I have the "Red" calipers that came standard with the Turbo I believe. Anyway, somehow over the winter I lost a chunk of paint on the front calipers. Can I use touch up paint to fill about a 1/4 hole? Or will it just melt off?

I would look into brake caliper paints because they have a higher tolerance for heat. You could look into VHT exhaust paint as well because that for sure can handle it. But something I would try first is to try some testors enamel paint and see how that holds up. If not try some of the other stuff. Just a couple ideas..
