Draining gas

How do you drain the gas from a Cayenne?

I purchased a hand operated transfer pump from Harbor Freight it was inexpensive and works very well You stick one hose down through the filler neck and put the other hose into a can and pump.

Are you sure you can still do it on the newer models?
Cause I heard there is a net on filler neck now to prevent crap to get in.

You might be correct I am not sure about that. Are you draining the gas to swap the fuel pumps? I did mine with the tank at 3/4 and did not drain it

Ok found out how to do it.
There is a release valve in the engine area.
Close to the fire wall on the driver side.
You need a special tool.
