09 Cayenne rear hatch stuck
 

Hello all. I have not had luck searching for this issue, if there is an old thread please post it for me as I don't want to start a new one if that is the case.

My 09 Cayenne rear hatch is stuck. I have checked the fuses and they are good. The rear lid opens just not the hatch itself. I have tried the manual release inside the hatch and no luck there either. The outside left half of the hatch seems to not be completely fastened. I hear the mechanism attempting to work when I push the button on the hatch handle and the left side of the hatch seems to move like it is trying to open but nothing from the right side.

Any ideas anyone?
