Check if the coolant pipes were replaced. The original plastic set (a multi-pipe piece and a larger single pipe) are prone to failure with catastrophic loss of coolant, which leaves you stranded. Test drive and listen for any loud sounds from the central drive shaft, which has a bearing support that is prone to failure. Then, BUY THE CAR and fix those yourself if they weren't already done. That seems like a good price. I have a 2004 Cayenne Turbo (same engine as the S plus twin turbochargers) and LOVE it. I live in North Dakota so probably have the same road quality and winter as you have wherever you are in Canada. It has a few quirks and it shows the mileage and the price I paid, but I wouldn't want to get rid of it. If I could only have one car, it would probably be the Cayenne. Almost as fun as a 911 to drive on the street and more useful and comfortable than my Chevrolet pickup ever was. Good luck!
