PCM in 2014 cayenne
My radio will suddenly get so loud it is deafening. The radio will then not turn off or down. Any ideas?

Make sure you have the PCM code or radio code if necessary (check the owners manual) Then try pulling the fuse for the PCM, which may say radio, infotainment, nav system, amplifier, or PCM. Leave it out for 10-15 minutes then put it back in and check the volume. Make sure that the fuse you pull is killing the power to the PCM/Radio.
