difference between 2008 and 2009 4.8L N/A engine?

I'm needing to swap out the engine on my 2008 Cayenne S (4.8L N/A - 5th VIN B) due to scored cylinder walls. Can I use an 09 4.8L N/A to do the swap - its not clear whether this engine is compatible or if I need to stick with an 08.

Same engine up to '10. Part # goes from 94810094806 in '08 and changes to 94810094808 in '09/10. Only difference should be the coil/throttle body covers.

I think RND Engines is supposed to be out with updated/fixed scoring issue rebuilts soon.

Thanks. Is there a way to confirm this? I'd hate to spend $$ on a 09/10 engine (they're far more abundant than 08s) and find out that there are slight differences which do not allow for a straight swap. Has anyone done this swap before?

I know if you order an engine for an '08 you get the newer part number. There's no service notes regarding changes otherwise. Hope that helps.
