Very nice birthday present (somebody really did a lot of effort to get this book but I already had one...)
Hardcover. Comes with protective sleeve. Book and sleeve are in very good (like new) condition! The first picture is a stock picture. The other pictures are of the actual book and are made with my telephone so quality of the pictures is bad. Language is German. Asking: USD 225
