Will a Six Cylinder from a 911 fit in a Karma Ghia or Porsche 356?

I disagree, there was an article in Excellence about a guy who stuck a 911 motor in a 356....

thats true, I saw it in a magasine as well, but its not a simple swap, lots of cutting and fabrication involved, if I'm not mistaken it cost a lot of money for the owner to have it done. now a 914 type 4 engine swap is simple enough to do. I have one in my beetle

There are also the guys at Parts Obsolete who will take your flat six and cut the two end cylinders off making it a flat four 911 engine..........that should fit the bill........(emphasis on the word BILL)
