I'm almost at the point where my beetle will be on the road. just a few more things to clear up, but the engine comparment is all together and looking sexy, just wanted to share it.

didn't quite get it running, but I got it to the show none the less.

The interior turned out nice, the apolstry shop put the last stich in a 5pm and it was at the show at 7pm.

He didn't quite get the back seat finished in time for the show, but he recovered the 911 seats, pulling out all the stops to get them done on time.

there was another nice beetle at the show, running a 2217 type1 engine. I've seen him around town but Have never been able to catch up with him (as in speak with him, not race him). you can see it in the background of my pictures. But here's a couple more.
