Boxster Engine exchange Question from a newb
 

Hey guys - I randomly came across a '99 Boxster in great shape and pulled the trigger. Then, my brother in law and I were thinking of projects, we got the 101 Projects Book, yada yada yada ..... I found a '01 3.2L Boxster engine with 60k on it.

I'm wondering what else I NEED from that donor vehicle. We're not planning to do this till the spring so I have time but are there things that I have to have from the donor car?

Follow up: would you keep it a 5 speed or convert over to a 6 speed?
