yes it'll fit, but why must you put a japanese engine in a porsche?

Japanese engines are easier to get in my country (chile), besides, the original 944 NA engine it's practically imposible to get it in good shape....besides.......the mr2 engine has 240hp, against the 150hp of the 944 engine.

Any way, I may be looking fir something else, but I would like to know of any other engine (not V8) can be installed on the 944...
