Taking a 1700 off road

A 72 Bus project got interuptred by a land lord that made me get rid of the bus BUT I still had the engine, a 72 CB 1700 with all it's tin, no Alt/Gen no fly wheel or clutch assembly. Being an off roader, mostly Sand Dunes, A friend now has this engine he plans on putting in his sandrail frame that already has the three ribed transmission.

My question is how would you set up the cooling for this engine? MOST people use the type one with the fan and shroud in the front.

Is there anybody out there that has a sand rail with a 1700 in it with pictures?

Advice, or sugestions on this would be GREATLY apreceated.
