G50 5sp main shaft length

Hi, are all g50 5sp main shafts the same length? . i know people shorten them but i need to go the other way and need one slightly longer at the clutch spline area.
it's a g50/00 btw.:)

Why would you shorten it?

People shorten them for a variety reasons, the most common being to get clearance to put the later gearbox into a chassis that predates the G50s. For a 930 or 915 to G50 swap.
