Information Wanted: LSx 911 - Engine/ Trans Mount Solid/Poly/Stock?

Looking for some feedback from those of you with V8 911 cars in use- What type of engine mounts are you having sucess with?

Will new stock spec mounts hold up or are POLY/Solids a must?

Anyone tried several and have an opinion about vibration etc..

Please share you experience

Greatly appreciated!

Keith

I'm running Hinson racing polyurethane mounts. Work well, couldn't tell you about vibration as the motor has a big cam but I think they do well and don't notice much vibration.

911 application? Or 944? I am asking about 911. Does Hinson make 911 mounts?

It is actually in a Boxster S. The mounts are more or less universal that I bought, just size difference I believe. WEVO has custom transmission mounts for the application, they may have motor mounts too.
