Good lookin!! If I ever make it to your place when I come home, party or not, and if tu casa still mi casa, I want to drive three out of the four cool stuff. The new quad, the awesome jeep you have and the 911. The real estate sales queen I won't touch. She is off limits and so I won't ask. You can escort me on two of the other three. I don't want to drive the special forces looking quad with you behind me. I'd rather do it alone if you don't mind.

Say Toby, I hope U are all well. Stay clear of those fires if they come to your vicinity! I'm feeling for you bro if you don't have denki (electricity) at the moment. Also, joking aside, one day I may pop though on the way to LA.

Stay cool and safe while the Santa Ana winds blow dangerously close. Never meant any harm or insult, just a bit of joking for sure! Just Toby busting I was.

ah, ya,,,, we will not be doubling up on the quad....

upon arrival home with it the rifle storage unit came off. I will be putting that up for sale in the politic/religion OT section here on pelican where all the "spoon" guys hang out...

the grizzly quad did need some attention and im underway with a bunch of maintenance stuff that I think was very much due. the carb, which while researching the model was quite prevalent apparently and leaking gas out the overflow. seems the needle valve seats on them do not hold up well so I got a rebuild kit for around $20, and then found a whole new, complete mukuni knock off carb on amazon for $50!! I was skeptical to say the least but read a number of the 300+ reviews for the thing and they were glowing so I pulled the trigger. pulled the original one off, slapped the new one on and as suggested a few twists of the AF screw and I was shattin in high cotton. I will still rebuild the original mikuni so if the knock peters out at some point ill reinstall the OE unit. good thing im a carb man and this puppy,,, irrrr grizz did not come with CIS or I might be in trouble as you know sean and ol miagi ain't helping me out one bit...

oil, filter, diff fluids, greasing suspension points, cleaned the stoopid K&N filter it came with and a few other things the Clymer manual suggests. can't wait to put it to work after I find a small trailer for it for property clean up and possibly a blade if the winter snow seems to require it. the snow removal option is why I went with the 660, and it's got the torque for the task I reckon in the short amount of time I spent on it, AND it came with an extra set of wheels and snow tires in addition to the trail type ones on it now.

Bernz has his heart set on riding bisch with you on the quad, Tobs - would be cruel to deny him that pleasure, Bro! There might even be a Real McCoy situation in the works!

BTW, if pNutz owned that quad, he would throw the carb in the trash and install a CIS system on that bisch!!!

oh, and I finally went out with sweet, sweet megan last night. unfortunately we ultimately retired to our separate quarters at the close of the evening driving in different directions... agreed to see each other early next week for a ride in the 911. when I told her it was carb'd and that I ditched the CIS system Im confident she was moistened some.

actually her & I took it to visit a couple properties while I was still shopping in the area so im convinced she was moistened....
