This is a scam right? I don't know the 356 market

Apparently that EXACT little 356 is a great driving car. It's also for sale at least in Louisiana and Mississippi. I think that answers your question.

Indeed it does. I don't know the 356 market but I assume its worth a whole lot more than the asking price.
