Blow up the original on BAT. You can see the streak of filler and the sanding scratches. Thatís not a part of another picture, the photographer took that whole shot on its own.

Itís hard to see in this picture, but go to the original on BAT, and you can see the bondo seam in the circled area. If it shows in a photo, you can imagine what it looks like in person on black paint.

BAT never ceases to amaze me. Wide body RWB hype is strong.

$86,001 plus fees - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1990-porsche-911-carrera-15/

10X better of a car IMO - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1993-porsche-911-carrera-2/

The apocalypse is upon us..... $90k bucks for a car with truck bed liner sprayed for its interior, a motor that needs a rebuild, busted up lights, non working parts, warning lights on the dash, poor body work, a half assed paint job, but hey its got martini livery, and other cool stickers.

Damn, most dramatic auction in a long time.
I enjoyed getting tangled up in the BAT fray.

Seller saw a market trend and capitalized like a boss.

Made a ton of profit in 2 weeks.
The definition of value added flipper.

Basically, a 2 week Singer.
I bet he could do the next in even less time.

Seller should quit his dayjob and just flip Safari and livery builds.
He should set up a tent and do 3 at a time.

...and the bitter haters go,
"Doo do doo do doo do do doo...
Take a drive on the wild side
....I'm gonna put stripes on my car and sell it on BAT"
(No, no you won't)

Letting Bondo sit around unpainted for 10 days would allow it to absorb moisture.
Not one body shop in the USA does that.

That would also make any repair at a pro body shop require a 2 week turnaround.
Not the case.

Body shops also use UV bake lights to reduce drying time to 20 mins.
They also use hardners in the paint, so curing time is days, not months, like in the old days.

Well that speaks volumes. Clearly what I would use... NOT. If you had half a clue you would be dangerous. You rank on others fro being know it all and yet you are a downer 365 24/7.

Didn't catch that. My friends son getting a lesson on what bad quickly rushed poor bodywork is and why it costs so much more fixing others shoddy work.

The pictures of that car are already showing what I said would. Give it time and it only gets worse.

Cobalt, don't mind Suga. He's a troll. He thinks he's funny, but he's really just mostly ignorant.

I kind of figured that. He is anything but sweet and seems to have a hard on for himself. I wish he had a brain he might actually be a contribution if he got his head out of his butt.

In any case I am flabbergasted that someone would overpay for that car but stranger things have happened.

I just looked at that on my desktop, as opposed to a tiny phone screen earlier, and as a person that does a lot of paint and bodywork, that "work" in the pic is the kind of stuff that makes me both cringe and laugh (point-n-laugh); it is an example of someone that is so fuggen lazy with the task, that they would be better off not even doing anything to it at all. Filler in areas like that can be made to look perfect - what it takes is a lot of block sanding, priming, spot putty, more sanding and priming, etc., but you have to give two shiits about the result to take the time needed to make it right. Whada' joke!
