Value of 74-75 thick grip carrera sport wheel
Trying to gauge the market/ value of a 74-75 thick grip, fatty, sport, carrera ( did I miss any
) steering wheel. It is the 380mm concentric wheel. Date code is 350- 50th week of 1973. I’ve done some searching and only found a handful for sale. Some of the threads dating back over 10 years, so not sure what a fair value would be. I would say the condition of the wheel is very good. Some of the leather is worn along with the stitching which I would say is age-appropriate wear. Current condition I would call driver quality. But it would need to be recovered to make it perfect.

This isn’t an ad….. I was just trying to get a rough estimate on their value.

Alright, then carry on with your inquiry. A number of contributors here have crystal balls, but they use them sparingly.
Have you searched the classified section for like wheels have gone for? A 380mm wheel is tiny as I recall. I bought on for my racecar and it was stupid small...

I suspect Dallas Custom Steering Wheel will get $500 to re-cover it. Tony Garcia at Autobahn Interiors is my 1st choice.
