Original 1973.5T Value
 

Original survivor. 38k miles. Runs perfect. My dad and I bought it from the original owner in 2002 with 15k miles. I have every service record from new. There haven't been too many auctions to compare this car to. Looks like value got into six figures post covid. Not sure where it's at now. Looking to sell if it makes sense right now. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, premium options and color, this car is begging to be listed on Bat.
Seriously, while the market in general is cooling, my gut says Bat will be the best choice for the most money. Saying this as having had the he same year and model, and selling before the market exploded and telling a friend that had oneu to hold on to the one he picked up, but the wife was voicing her displeasure of his “old” car.
As is well documented, market is cooling , but special cars like the one you have, are still bringing the $$$$.
For an exact value, well, so like *******s, everyone has one, sadly most don’t have the actual experience or knowledge to make it correct assessment. But people are still bidding on old Porsche’s that aren’t the common colors , repainted and modified .

Thanks. I've had a number of people tell me not to list a 911 on BAT. There seems to be a large community of 911 professors that love nothing more than chopping down the price with their comments. The listing is there with comments forever. Maybe it's worth the risk getting the most eyes on it.

Look at completed sales for comps and a lot of what you see, especially when it comes to individual sales, is just trying to get the price down so that they can get a deal.

There are very specific brokers that can sell your car for you to well heeled buyers that are prequalified and remove any aspect of anxiety or complication away from the deal. My friend just sold an original RS lightweight through a gentleman in DC. The price he got was aspirational and it required zero effort. I think for a car like this, that may be an even better solution than bring a trailer.

Beautiful original 911.... my view is $175 to $200 depending upon selling agent as you will need to get the car displayed to the proper audience who will appreciate the originality, low miles and color.

There are many professionals who will pretty much hit the nail on the head as to its value....

If you are set on listing it yourself, carsnbids is a good alternative. Though I agree with the sentiment that this car should get professional representation.
