I don't think at 11,500 it is a steal, but it isn't a terrible deal either. Inparticular you have to be aware of the issues that the 2.7L engines had. It sounds like this one has had some of the important updates done to it, but if I were a buyer I would like to see some reciepts.
Also with the sways and torsion bars it sounds like that will be a fairly stiff car.
Personally I would rather find a 3.0L SC than a 2.7L for 11,500. But if you are interested in the car take a look, and if you want to proceed get a Pre purchase inspection done.
