I can't assist with market value of this car, but the serial number is normal for around this time. You may find some old threads where it was discussed. Whatever the case, I owned an 81 930 with the same WPO vs ZZZ numbers. Best as I recall the WPO... it the actual vehicle id number.

All 911 tubs are assigned a "ZZZ" VIN number when production starts. That "ZZZ' number will appear near the smuggler's box. When the final market for this car is determined (USA model verses ROW model), the ZZZ's will be replaced by the US WPO code on the A pillar if it indeed is intended for the US market. Since the tub is already stamped ZZZ much earlier in the production process, Porsche doesn't bother to redo that number on the tub. Hence the two slightly different VIN numbers which only differ by these three letters.
The VIN won't tell you much other than what you already know (year, who produced it, Turbo). You can call Porsche Cars North America and get the options it was originally built with from them with the VIN number. Otherwise, you have given us essentially nothing to go on to value this car. How many miles? What condition is it in? How does it drive (specifically)? What flaws can you see from inspecting it? How is the paint, interior, mechanicals? What are the option codes listed on the white stickers located under the front hood and/or in the owner's manual? If it's a factory slant, it'll have a specific option code for that option. Post some pics if possible and more details and we can help determine a value. A factory slant Turbo will bring a bit more money than a 'regular' Turbo.
