I have looked at that car through several auctions. It appears to be a great car, but tread carefully.
Where are you located ? Prehaps if you post a request over in the 911 forum someone can check it out for you. Remember, when in doubt err on the side of caution. there have been a number of second chance buy it now offer scams that come through the e-mail. I had several scammers try it on me last year. LOL |

Not sure what you are looking for, but BMW of Honolulu has a 78 targa w/ 33k on it. They are asking $15995 and the car is silver on black. If anyone is interested PM me and I can give you the names of a couple salesmen. The Porsche dealer is 2 blocks away as is an independent in case you need a PPI. I have contacts for those places, too.

The car has a salvage title. This is going to have a huge impact on your resale value if and when you decide to sell it.
Do you know why it was a salvage title? If you look around I am sure you will find other nice SCs or 3.2s for less money and (a clean title).

If it really has a salvage title, then it is not worth 21K. For an original SC to be worth 21K it better be in close to concours condition and have records, owner's manual, tool kit, jack, etc.

Slavage title and they dont even mention it in the lengthy description? Its not worth anywhere near that price, with the title issues.
