You're talking about in the city? On the north side, I'd recommend E&J on Western, a bit north of Irving Park, and that recommendation comes from the other side of the PPI process. Someone had my old Targa PPI'ed there and they diagnosed a couple of long-term issues I'd had with the car in no time, when visits to a popular shop in the burbs had gone nowhere.

Car is actually west of city but "best" shop in area is what I'm looking for. E&J is only a short drive.
