Help in with PPI in 'Abilene' Texas area

Im interested in this car but I would like to get a very thorough PPI on the car first. Can anyone point me in the direction of a knowledgeable shop in the Abilene area ? Second question. Does the Big brake conversion mean that I could not replace the 16" Fuchs with the correct 15x6 ones. It looks very tight in there. Thanks ?
