Porsche 1952 356 - $4500?

Is this a deal even though it's a bucket? isn't there an article saying that the earliest Porsche in America is a 1952?

You're right. Must be an entirely different 1952 356 on Craigslist... I stopped wondering a long time ago how these scammers find enough suckers to perpetuate their fraud.

This ad ran and photographs ran a year or so ago on eBay. I remember the ad because I thought the car might be one of two Porsche 356 coupes that Edward Otto (co founder of NASCAR) bought and raced in the 50's against American iron in the precursor to NASCAR. The Porsche finished fourth by the way while a Jaquar XK120 finished first.
