Value check on 71' 911T and the shell to a 69s

Older Porsche's seem to be increasing in value so fast I can't keep up on current value.

Anyone know what the value is on a 71' 911T Brown color in good shape is?

Also hoping for some knowledge as to the value of a very solid 1969s shell.

Thanks for your help

1969s, basically, just the shell, has windows and such, but not the fenders, lights, bumpers, very little of the interior etc etc... No rust

If you believe a recent article by Prescott Kelly in the current Panorama magazine, good driver level coupes are worth $60k.

Prescott has been lighting up a bit too much.....
