I would bet scam.
Probably already has the car loaded into a shipping crate, and will refund your Western Union money order if you are not fully satisfied…. Pretty easy to tell -- contact him and ask for a VIN so you can run a car fax. There will be no response.

Yeah, definitely a scam. I guess I should have looked at the contact number before I posted this! Jamaican area code...
